Our 6 Step Process
​1. Consultation: First, we will talk on the phone or in person to discuss your goals, needs, budget and desired location.
2. Research: Your True North expert will research senior living options that work within your criteria.
3. Connection: We work with our wide network of senior living partners in independent living, assisted living, memory care, enhanced care and care homes, and connect you with compassionate communities
that fit your needs.

4. Tours: We help schedule and occasionally attend tours.
5. Move In: We provide resources and guidance during the move process.
6. We stay connected for life.
Meet Our Advisors
Ameilia Curtiss, LALD
Ameilia Curtiss has dedicated her career to enriching the lives of older adults for over 19 years. She began her journey at just 16, working in the dining room of an assisted living community, and has since held diverse roles, including Executive Director and Director of Sales. Ameilia earned her degree in Healthcare Administration with an emphasis in Long-Term Care and Marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and completed a Leadership Certificate from the University of Minnesota in 2024. She is a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) in the state of Minnesota.

Ameilia has a deep passion for helping older adults and their families navigate care transitions and find the right home—whether it’s a senior living community or a personalized care home—by offering guidance, support, and peace of mind every step of the way.

Residing in St. Paul’s Como neighborhood, Ameilia enjoys reading, cooking, staying active, and attending live music. Her work is rooted in building trust, fostering meaningful connections, and staying attuned to the evolving needs of older adults.
Lauren Leighty
Lauren Leighty has spent the last 20 years building a successful career in sales, with experience spanning retail, construction, and medical industries. She holds a degree in Business from Normandale and discovered her true calling in 2020 when she entered the senior living field. Helping families navigate the transition into senior care became deeply personal after her own grandmother moved into memory care—an experience that fueled her passion for guiding others through such an important decision with compassion and understanding.
Born and raised in Robbinsdale, Lauren now lives in New Hope with her husband and two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks, cooking, and tending to her garden.
